Send a private message (not a comment) on Facebook or Instagram. We reply in chronological order.

Review
Check the post details—period, materials, measurements, description, photos. Ask for extra photos or a short video if needed.

Request
DM the photo/title and item number. Share your key measurements (see “Sizing we need” below). We’ll confirm availability.

Confirm & Reserve
If available, we’ll agree on delivery details and send a brief condition note and care tips. We can hold a piece for 24 hours (extendable by mutual agreement). If we don’t receive purchase confirmation within 24 hours, we move to the next reservation.

Payment & Dispatch
We arrange insured, tracked shipping and finalize payment (details below).

Payment

Romania: bank transfer in RON (preferred) or cash on delivery.

European Union: bank transfer in EUR (amounts calculated at the BNR reference rate).

Outside the EU: we do not ship.

Shipping & Pickup

Dispatch point: Moșilor Street, Bucharest.

Romania (courier): insured rapid courier. Cost: 35 RON. Delivery: 1–3 business days from confirmation (unless otherwise stated).

Romania (local pickup): by appointment in Moșilor Street, Bucharest. Pre-payment to the company account is required; we do not accept cash.

European Union (courier, e.g., DPD): insured shipping. Cost estimated by weight and parcel size per carrier platform. Delivery: 3–7 business days from confirmation (unless otherwise stated).

Packing: conservation-aware materials; reusable/low-impact where possible.

Returns & Condition

Return window: within 3 working days from the parcel’s receipt.

Return conditions: items must be returned exactly as received, with no interventions (please do not clean the item). Ship the return with inspection on delivery and insured for full value. Return shipping is paid by the sender (client).

Refunds: the paid amount is refunded in full to the payer’s account within the legal term, counted from the date we receive and verify the return and confirm the item is unused and unaltered.

Warranty: items are sold as second-hand goods and are not subject to standard warranties. Policies for new online products do not apply.

For best guidance, share: chest/bust, waist, shoulder width, total height. Ask for a short video or natural-light photos (interior seams, clasps, drape) if helpful.
